Any products that a customised, made-to-order, bespoke or specifically requested are made specifically for that customer and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Any delivery times for these products are estimates and may not represent the delivery times you experience and there is no guarantee that you will receive the product by a specific date.
